Products will have a little green truck and will state "This Item Qualifies For Free Shipping" when an item is eligible for free shipping. You will see in your cart a calculation of how much more you need to spend to qualify for free shipping. If all your items do not qualify for free shipping yet you have met the $125.00 order amount then, in shopping cart, you will see Free Shipping On Orders Over 125.00 and then any amount of shipping you do have to pay for any items that do not qualify for the free shipping. If you receive a credit back on a return item that qualified for free shipping, you will receive the credit amount minus the shipping amount it cost Posh Baby and Mommy to get the item to you and any restocking fee if applicable.




Shipping Diaper Cakes Time Frames:

Please allow for 1 to 3 business days for your order to ship. Date of purchase to be the following day for any orders received 1pm Eastern Time. Our orders are shipped by UPS and USPS Ground. It will take 1 to 8 business days to arrive depending on your location. After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. Your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers (information) with-in 24-48 hours of shipment. Check with the shipper site (USPS, UPS, Fed Ex) for tracking your shipment as far as where it is in transit utilizing the tracking number provided.


Diaper cakes that were damaged during shipping shall not be returned to us. It will be necessary for you to hold all of the damaged items as well as the original shipping box and all packing material for a claim investigation conducted by the shipping carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier the same day of your order delivery to report a damaged shipment and send us an email letting us know what happened and that you have a claim in process with the shipping carrier.


Diaper cakes returned due to refusal of delivery are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Any shipping charges incurred by Posh Baby And Mommy & Poshalicious Diaper Cakes due to refusal of delivery will be deducted from your refund.

We do not ship diaper cakes or products to a P.O. Box. We do not ship Internationally at this time.

We primarily use UPS (United Parcel Service) & USPS (US Postal Service) and UPS Orders shipped with Economy service are typically delivered by USPS. Please keep in mind, Holidays may extend shipping time frames. Please see below Shipping Time Frames For Artisans for an estimated shipping time frame.

For Mud Pie, Sozo, Unipak Designs and Maison Chic, please allow for 1 to 3 business days for your order to ship. It will take 1 to 8 business days to arrive depending on your location. Shipping will vary depending on the items purchased and the artisan/vendor that your product is being shipped from. A lot of products are being made to order by artisans and vendors. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. Your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers (information) with-in 24-48 hours of shipment. Check with the shipper site (USPS, UPS, Fed Ex) for tracking your shipment as far as where it is in transit utilizing the tracking number provided.

Please triple check your shipping address. We send your order to the exact address you provide and are not responsible for incorrect information.

Shipping Time Frames For Artisans:

Baby Aspen: Ships out in 1-3 business days and arrives in 1-8 business days depending on your location.

Caden Lane Bedding and Accessories: 5 to 7 weeks but can take up to 8-10 weeks depending if the item is out of stock and needs to be restocked at the artisans place of business or its a specialty order. Curtains are a specialty item and normally take about 6-8 weeks. Holidays also play an important role with shipping times frames. Hand crafted in USA.

Fishbellies: Ships out in 2-3 business days and arrives in 1-8 business days depending on your location. Hand crafted in USA

Hugs and Kisses XO: Ships out in 1-3 business days and arrives in 1-8 business days depending on your location. Hand crafted in USA

showtheLOVE: Ships out in 1-3 business days and arrives in 1-8 business days depending on your location. Some peices are made to order and will state made to order and the shipping time frame in the feature section of the product. Due to high demand, if an item is out of stock, it would run about 3-6 weeks to make an item. Hand crafted in USA

Keekaroo: Ships out in 3-5 days business days and arrives in 1-8 days business days depending on your location. Made in the USA

Expedite Order:
Please contact us via email at sales@PoshBabyAndMomGifts.com for purchases needing to be expedited and place "your order # and expedited shipping" in the subject line of the email. Please note: Expediting time frames may vary depending on the artisan and additional expediting fee along with the expediting shipping fee may be assessed by that artisan due to the nature that a lot of items are made/crafted at time of purchase. Free Shipping will not be eligible on expedited shipping.

In Most Cases Furniture cannot be expedited:
Furniture that is in stock may still take two weeks to a month to arrive as most large items are sent via freight truck, which can take longer to get to arrive at its destination. If you have any questions about how your order will be delivered or the timing of shipment of your order please contact us.

Specialty Orders:
If you are ordering a specialty product or a monogrammed product the shipping time frames will vary depend on the artisan/vendor. You will be given an estimated shipping time frame at the time of purchase and will be contacted if that time frame needs to be extended. Holidays may also extend shipping time frames.

Shipping time frames may vary for Alaska and Hawaii and may require additional shipping charges. Please see: Alaska & Hawaii Orders/Shipping section

Oversized Items:
Because some large toys, large furniture and other large items are bulky and heavy, our cost to ship them typically is higher than standard apparel and accessory items. Therefore, these large items may have a delivery surcharge which is applied as "Oversized Freight" charges; "Oversized Freight"" charges are in addition to regular delivery charges and show up within each applicable item on our site. Standard delivery charges can estimated from your shopping cart and for domestic (USA) orders are expressly stated during the checkout process. Items marked with the Oversized Freight Charges will have these charges clearly defined before you add them to your basket in the description section of the product page.

Damaged Items:
Be sure to inspect your packages for any damage BEFORE signing for the package. If damage is visible, please refuse the shipment, and ask the driver to note the specific damage and please let us know immediately via email at sales@PoshBabyAndMomGifts.com if you have refused a package, so that we can manage the return accordingly with the manufacturer. Most furniture products are drop-shipped (shipped directly from the manufacturer), the same process will apply to drop shipped items. All claims for damage, breakage or loss must be reported to the Shipper within 24 hours of receiving the product.

The risk of loss for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you the buyer when the merchandise is delivered to our shipping carrier or from our artisans/vendors to the shipping carrier. In the unlikely event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged due to shipper we are happy to provide the necessary documents needed to file a claim with the carrier. Once a Claim is filed the average wait time is 30 days. No refunds or replacement product will be issued until the claim is settled. All claims for damage, breakage or loss must be reported to the Shipper within 24 hours of receiving the product.

RETURN POLICY FOR DIAPER CAKES:

All of our beautiful diaper cakes are custom handcrafted. Due to the handmade nature of our cakes, all sales are final on diaper cakes. Unless, we make a mistake in processing your order (contact sales@PoshBabyAndMomGifts.com). Once an order is placed for a diaper cake, it cannot be canceled.

Diaper Cakes that were damaged during shipping shall not be returned to us. It will be necessary for you to hold all of the damaged items as well as the original shipping box and all packing material for a claim investigation conducted by the shipping carrier. Diapers:
All our scrumptious cakes are made with size 1 Pampers Swaddlers (diaper size 8-14lbs) in a fanned circular cake design making diapers easier to use than individually rolled up diapers. Assembled with high quality ribbon, flowers, decorations and name brand products. Presented on a cake board with a wooden dowel through middle of cake for added support.


Usable Products/Decorations:
Plush, Teethers, Toys, Rattles, Pacifiers, Bibs, Burp Cloths, Blankets, Swaddlers, Clothes etc... We take great care in selecting items of quality to be utilized on our diaper cakes. All toys and items are safety tested and CPSIA compliant and BPA free. We feature name brands such as: Disney, Baby Einstein, Skip Hop, Sassy, Fisher Price, Sesame Street, Gund, Carter, Sozo, Maison Chic, Unipack Designs etc..

All glass beads, charms, pendants and themed buttons are all hand sewn on so they can be used for a multitude of things. Some examples: They can be restrung with more beads and or charms to make for memorable keepsake items such as a necklace, bracelet, keychain, hair accessory, window light catcher etc and themed buttons can be sewn on baby clothes or diaper bags for that perfect little touch. The beads or buttons can be left sewn on the ribbon and then used to embellish the cover of a memory book, photo album or photo frame or just glue the beads or buttons by themselves on the frame, memory book or keepsake box.

* Safety & Not Intended For Baby's Use: Please read the caution tag that is on each product. Always remove all wire, clear string, retail tagging, tape, pins, ribbons, flowers, buttons, charms, beads, rhinestones etc... and any decorations and items utilized in assembling the diaper cake before use with baby or giving anything to your child. The cellophane could cause suffocation, please dispose of properly. If your diaper cakes includes layette items (blankets, onesies, bibs, burp cloths, etc.), we recommend you wash those items before use in accordance with the manufacturer's washing instructions.
* Choking Hazard & Safety: Diaper cakes are not suitable for children under 3 years of age due to small parts that could be a choking hazard. As with any gift, please unwrap and unassemble when not in the presence of children under 3 years of age. Take care in removing all items from the cake and ensuring when handing an item to a child under 3 that it's safe and age appropriate. Most importantly, parents should always inspect everything you give your child. By purchasing our products you and or the persons who are receiving the gift agree not to hold Posh Baby and Mommy Boutique & Poshalicious Diaper Cakes or affiliates responsible for actions that come as the result of the products we sell. This includes all and specifically injury to minor children.



Return Policy for Merchandise

Returns are accepted for defective products only due to the nature of most of our products being hand crafted and made to order. We will not accept any returns on items that has been used or damaged. Only defective items/products.
*****With the exception of Mud Pie, Sozo, Unipak Design and Maison Chic products, returns for these products only will be accepted with you contacting Posh Baby And Mommy by email at sales@PoshBabyAndMomGifts.com within 2 days of you receiving your item, with a return merchandise authorization number (provided by Posh Baby and Mommy) on unopened products and unused products. The merchandise must be unwarn, unused, unwashed, in its original box and original tags attached with the online store receipt. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and shipping cost will not be refunded. If free shipping was given then the actual shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Arrange for a return for Mud Pie, Sozo, Unipak Design or Maison Chic products:
Please contact us via email at sales@PoshBabyAndMomGifts.com, within 2 days of receiving your item, to obtain return merchandise authorization number - prior to returning your items and state the reason for the return. Please include order number and customer name with this email. After you have coordinated a return, please make sure to include the packing slip with your return and online copy of sales receipt as we will not process your return without it and also include your confirmation email with the return merchandise authorization number on it with the return product.

Arrange for a return for Baby Aspen products:
Please contact us via email at sales@PoshBabyAndMomGifts.com, within 2 days of receiving your item and we will provide you with the artisans return policy/procedure and information.

Note:
Items returned (Mud Pie, Sozo, Unipak Design and Maison Chic) in used condition will not receive a refund. Items returned from Mud Pie, Sozo, Unipak Designs and Maison Chic outside of the return policay will be refunded at retail price minus shipping and a 50% restocking fee. If free shipping was given then the actual shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds:
Refunds for Mud Pie, Sozo, Unipak Design and Maison Chic will be processed within 15 business days of return item being received. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you do not insure the package and Posh Baby and Mommy Boutique & Poshalicious Diaper Cakes does not receive the returned item, then no refund will be made.

Defective Products:
Posh Baby and Mommy Boutique & Poshalicious Diaper Cakes is not responsible for replacement of defective items. You must contact Posh Baby and Mommy within 2 days of receiving the defective product and we will provide you the artisans or manufacturer's information for defective product/warranty issues. It will be the customer's responsibility to follow the manufacturer/artisan/vendor warranty refund/replacement policies accordingly in order to receive a credit and or replacement item.

Damaged Items Received:

You must contact Posh Baby and Mommy within 2 days of receiving the defective product and we will provide you the artisans or manufacturer's information for defective product/warranty issues. It will be the customer's responsibility to follow the manufacturer/artisan/vendor warranty refund/replacement policies accordingly in order to receive a credit and or replacement item.

Damaged Items Received:
Be sure to inspect your packages for any damage BEFORE signing for the package. If damage is visible, please refuse the shipment, and ask the driver to note the specific damage and please let us know immediately (same day) via email at sales@PoshBabyAndMomGifts.com if you have refused a package, so that we can manage the return accordingly with the manufacturer and provide you the appropriate contact information. Most furniture products are drop-shipped (shipped directly from the manufacturer), the same process will apply to other drop shipped items too. All claims for damage, breakage or loss must be reported by the customer to the Shipping Carrier within 24 hours of receiving the product.

The risk of loss for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you the buyer when the merchandise is delivered to our shipping carrier or from our artisans/vendors to the shipping carrier. In the unlikely event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged due to shipper we are happy to provide the necessary documents needed to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Once a Claim is filed the average wait time is 30 days. No refunds or replacement product will be issued until the claim is settled with the shipping carrier.

We do not refund any phone calls made to our business.
