Posh Baby and Mommy Boutique & PoshalicIous Diaper Cakes is Incorporated and based solely in Delaware. Delaware does not assess a sales tax on internet sales under the Delaware State Tax Regulations.

Delaware is a small state, but it plays a vital role in providing a home for most of the nation's largest corporations. The state's 8.7% flat corporate income tax rate leads to tax collections that are the fourth highest in the country, and combined with a personal income tax, they help allow Delaware to charge no sales tax.


How do I create an account and signup for your newsletters?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

Newsletter Signup:
Simply click on Home and scroll to lower portion of the page and located on the left hand side of page is our Newsletter signup. Enter your email address and the hit Enter on your keyboard.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Your Cart and enter your State or Zip Code you are shipping your entire purchase to. The Shipping cost will be a total combined in with your purchase amount to the right of Total. If you wish to see the break down of purchase amount vs your total shipping amount then proceed to the Checkout page to see your shipping cost broken down separate from your purchase products (You always have the option of continuing to shop or edit your purchase even after checking out shipping on the Checkout page) Please be aware that if you have purchased a fixed shipping product the shipping cost will be fixed for that product and you will see the shipping amount in the comments of the product details prior to adding the product to your shopping cart for purchase. If you have a fixed shipping product in your cart and a shipping cost to be calculated it will show as a combined shipping cost under Shipping Information USPS (the combined shipping amount) on the CheckOut page after you enter your Billing information as far as your name and address. If you elect to have your purchased items all sent to an alternate address then your shipping cost be will calculated after you have entered the alternate shipping address.

I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
What is your return policy?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact Posh Baby & Mommy customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Shipping will vary depending on the items purchased and the artisan/vendor that your product is being shipped from. A lot of products are being made to order by artisans and vendors. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. Your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers (information) with-in 24-48 hours of shipment. Check with the shipper site (USPS, UPS, Fed Ex) for tracking your shipment as far as where it is in transit utilizing the tracking number provided.
