Returns are accepted for defective products only due to the nature of most of our products being hand crafted and made to order. We will not accept any returns on items that has been used or damaged. Only defective items/products.
*****With the exception of Mud Pie, Sozo, Unipak Design and Maison Chic products, returns for these products only will be accepted with you contacting Posh Baby And Mommy by email at sales@PoshBabyAndMomGifts.com within 2 days of you receiving your item, with a return merchandise authorization number (provided by Posh Baby and Mommy) on unopened products and unused products. The merchandise must be unwarn, unused, unwashed, in its original box and original tags attached with the online store receipt. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and shipping cost will not be refunded. If free shipping was given then the actual shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Arrange for a return for Mud Pie, Sozo, Unipak Design or Maison Chic products:
Please contact us via email at sales@PoshBabyAndMomGifts.com, within 2 days of receiving your item, to obtain return merchandise authorization number - prior to returning your items and state the reason for the return. Please include order number and customer name with this email. After you have coordinated a return, please make sure to include the packing slip with your return and online copy of sales receipt as we will not process your return without it and also include your confirmation email with the return merchandise authorization number on it with the return product.
Arrange for a return for Baby Aspen products:
Please contact us via email at sales@PoshBabyAndMomGifts.com, within 2 days of receiving your item and we will provide you with the artisans return policy/procedure and information.
Note:
Items returned (Mud Pie, Sozo, Unipak Design and Maison Chic) in used condition will not receive a refund. Items returned from Mud Pie, Sozo, Unipak Designs and Maison Chic outside of the return policay will be refunded at retail price minus shipping and a 50% restocking fee. If free shipping was given then the actual shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds:
Refunds for Mud Pie, Sozo, Unipak Design and Maison Chic will be processed within 15 business days of return item being received. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you do not insure the package and Posh Baby and Mommy Boutique & Poshalicious Diaper Cakes does not receive the returned item, then no refund will be made.
Defective Products:
Posh Baby and Mommy Boutique & Poshalicious Diaper Cakes is not responsible for replacement of defective items. You must contact Posh Baby and Mommy within 2 days of receiving the defective product and we will provide you the artisans or manufacturer's information for defective product/warranty issues. It will be the customer's responsibility to follow the manufacturer/artisan/vendor warranty refund/replacement policies accordingly in order to receive a credit and or replacement item.
Damaged Items Received:
Be sure to inspect your packages for any damage BEFORE signing for the package. If damage is visible, please refuse the shipment, and ask the driver to note the specific damage and please let us know immediately (same day) via email at sales@PoshBabyAndMomGifts.com if you have refused a package, so that we can manage the return accordingly with the manufacturer and provide you the appropriate contact information. Most furniture products are drop-shipped (shipped directly from the manufacturer), the same process will apply to other drop shipped items too. All claims for damage, breakage or loss must be reported by the customer to the Shipping Carrier within 24 hours of receiving the product.
The risk of loss for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you the buyer when the merchandise is delivered to our shipping carrier or from our artisans/vendors to the shipping carrier. In the unlikely event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged due to shipper we are happy to provide the necessary documents needed to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Once a Claim is filed the average wait time is 30 days. No refunds or replacement product will be issued until the claim is settled with the shipping carrier.
We do not refund any phone calls made to our business.
RETURN POLICY - SALE & CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE:
Sale/Clearance items are not included in this return policy and are non-refundable.
